Our retreats in Spain are held at El Rancho Del Inglés, a beautiful country estate in Alhaurín de torre, Andalucia. Situated between the mountains and the sea and only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport, Rancho del Inglés is an ideal environment for your time away.

As well as giving yourself a rejuvenating break away from the stress of every day life, these retreats will provide you with a general introduction to Ayurveda and allow you the chance to experience a variety of ayurvedic treatments.

Ayurveda is traditionally taught in places of natural beauty and serenity in order to calm the mind and senses as well as to rest the body. This beautiful estate in Andalucia certainly provides this peace for all our guests. Each room has been lovingly furnished and all offer a unique place to rest and rejuvenate. There are carved doors, antique beds, columns, chests and tables from India and antique furniture, shutters and beams from Spain.

Our morning yoga classes take place in El Estudio - an incredible sleek modernised barn that is cool in the summer and has heating for crisp winter mornings. Watch your head as you step through the tiny door that leads in to this beautiful space for yoga and meditation.

Our retreats include full board with delicious fresh vegetarian food prepared by the owner Miyuki. All food is prepared according to Ayurvedic Principles and will awaken your taste buds with the flavours of herbs and spices and fresh vegetables. All meals are taken in the Casa grande and here there will also be herbal teas and some Ayurvedic deserts available every afternoon to satisfy the most sweet tooth!
